George W. WHITING, 75, who was a blacksmith and school bus
driver in Montgomery County for many years died at his home in
Veedersburg Monday evening of a heart attack. Survivors include
the wife, Audrey; son Wilmer; a half sister, Mrs. Cora Brooks; 3
grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services
were held at Veedersburg on Thursday with Rev. Conway Roland
officiating; burial in Osborne Cemetery. - transcribed by kbz
